Cetelem Móvil is a free mobile app that provides more services and a new design to ensure the same level of security and support that Banco Cetelem Sa is known for. With this app, you can enjoy all the comfort of your Cetelem Client Area from your iPhone. You can access all the necessary queries and operations anytime and anywhere. The app also secures some queries and operations by requesting a one-time PIN sent to you via SMS.
The updated app offers new features such as the ability to change your payment mode from credit to end of the month and vice versa, fractionate and defer your payments, pause and resume your card, cancel your card in case of theft or loss, simulate loans, modify your personal information, and amortize a debt.
Cetelem Móvil also allows existing features such as quick and easy registration, access with fingerprint or FaceID, checking your available balance or credit line, making transfers to your account, viewing your card PIN, checking your contract movements, choosing your preferred contact channel for queries, viewing and downloading your monthly card or credit line statements, changing the monthly fee of your cards or credit lines, and receiving notifications on expiring DNI.
